Brief Background
In 1973 the principal was an
employee of the Decatur/DeKalb County Housing Authority
in Georgia. Involvement in HUD programs CDBG, HOME. ESG,
HOWPA, Assisted Housing have remained high and constant
for over 20 years. Leaving Georgia to Manage HUD
programs in Tyler, Texas for 12 years and then coming to
Scottsdale, Arizona to manage their federal activities
of CDBG, Section 8 and HOME activities ultimately led to
a determination to follow a more specialized line of
private enterprise. Com Sense, INC. was born in 1997. •
